Before the queue
Use a modern browser, confirm the correct camera and microphone and choose a space where you can hear the other person. Permission remains under your browser and device settings.
The camera should never be a surprise. Camatch Live presents the permission step before the live conversation so you know when video is about to begin.
Inside the queue
“Instant” describes the low-friction flow between readiness and matching. The time until another person appears still depends on network conditions and who is online.
While the queue works, avoid repeatedly opening multiple tabs or changing permissions. Those actions can interrupt the camera session or create conflicting device access.
After the connection
Say hello, give the other person time to respond and do not treat speed as permission to rush the conversation. A live face is a person, not merely the next result.
If there is no fit, skip cleanly. If behavior crosses a boundary, leave and use block or report.
